Lantern Mix is a puzzle game for Android. You don’t need an account to play, and we never ask for your name, email address, contacts, photos or location. This page explains what data the game and the services inside it handle, why, and the choices you have.
Data kept on your phone
Your progress, sparks, purchases you own, streaks and settings are saved on your phone. Android’s own backup may copy this game data to your Google account if you have backup turned on in Android settings; Google handles that backup under its own terms. Uninstalling the game deletes the copy on your phone.
Services that receive data
| Service | What it receives | Why |
|---|---|---|
| Unity LevelPlay and Unity Ads (ads) | Advertising ID, IP address, device model and OS version, app version, and how you interact with ads | To show the optional reward videos and the occasional ad between levels, to measure them and to prevent ad fraud. You can limit ad personalization with your advertising ID (below). |
| Google Firebase Analytics | A random app-instance ID, game events (for example “level 5 started”, “level 5 finished in 18 moves”), device model, OS version, app version, and approximate country from your IP address | To see which levels are too hard or too easy and to improve the game. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. |
| Google Firebase Crashlytics | Crash reports: the error, the device and OS state at the time, and the random Player ID shown in Settings | To find and fix crashes. |
| Google Play Billing and RevenueCat | For purchases only: the purchase record (product, time, order ID) and a random Player ID (shown in Settings → Help; it is not linked to your name or Google account) | To deliver what you bought and to restore it on a new phone. Payment details are handled by Google Play; we never see your card or bank details. |
Each service processes data under its own privacy terms: Google (Firebase, Play), Unity (ads) and RevenueCat. We don’t sell your personal data, and we don’t share it with anyone else.
Your choices
- Ad and analytics consent. In the EEA, the UK and Switzerland the game asks before any ad is requested whether our ad partner and our game stats may use your advertising ID. Ads show either way. You can change your answer anytime in Settings → Ad privacy choices.
- Advertising ID. You can reset or delete it in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.
- Reward videos are optional. The game can be finished without watching any.
- Reminders. The daily reminder is off by default. If you turn it on, it is scheduled on your phone; no server is involved.
- Sharing. “Share result” opens your phone’s share menu with a short text line. Nothing is sent unless you choose where to share it.
- Deletion. Uninstalling removes all game data from your phone. Analytics data is deleted automatically after 14 months; to ask for earlier deletion, email us.
Children
Lantern Mix is made for players aged 13 and over and is not directed at children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child has used the game and want their data removed, contact us and we will delete it.
Security
Data sent to the services above travels encrypted (HTTPS). The game stores nothing on our own servers.

Changes
If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. Significant changes will also be noted in the game’s release notes.
