Delete your Lantern Mix data

Lantern Mix has no accounts. Your game is linked only to a random Player ID, so that ID is how we find your data.

How to ask

1. Open Lantern Mix and go to Settings → Help. Copy your Player ID.
2. Email [email protected] with the subject “Delete my Lantern Mix data” and your Player ID.
3. We delete your data within 30 days and reply to confirm.

To remove the data on your phone yourself, uninstall the game. That deletes your progress, sparks, streaks and settings right away.

What is deleted

• Game statistics in Google Firebase Analytics linked to your phone’s app-instance ID.
• Crash reports in Google Firebase Crashlytics linked to your Player ID.
• Your purchase record and Player ID in RevenueCat.

What is kept

• Google Play orders. Google keeps your order history for tax and legal reasons under its own terms. Things you bought stay with your Google account, so “Restore purchases” still works after deletion.
• Ad data. Unity, our ad partner, keeps the ad data it receives under its own policy. You can ask Unity directly through its privacy policy page, and reset your advertising ID in Android Settings → Privacy → Ads.

Without a request, game statistics are deleted automatically after 14 months and crash reports after 90 days. See the full privacy policy.
